Coming Back From Vacation
After a week and some days of vacations I’m back to reality with my bloging life, one of the things I noticed right away was a drop on visitors and drop on subscribers. With no new content showing up, I was not surprised about the drop on my visitors per day. What got me by surprise was the lack of patience from my subscribers, immediately a question popped in my mind. How long you wait for content from your favorite site before you ditch the feed?
Last time I did a clean up from my feed catcher I erased subscriptions from people that haven’t updated in like 6 months. That was what surprised me the most; I stopped bloging for little over 6 days and people immediately unsubscribed from my feed. I’m not angry at that fact; I’m just a little concerned about the situation. How long do you wait? Feeds also got me by surprise; I had a little over 1,000 new items. I only got to read about 200 when I decided to delete all the old ones.
What other things you do when coming back from vacation? First thing I did was to check my emails; I did not have as many as I though. I responded immediately to those I though were more important, and hold off to all the other ones. Then check my feed subscriptions, by now you know what I did with those. Then, I checked my website, updated a couple of plugins that are important to me.

On my next blog post I will give some tips and tricks about traveling with electronics, how to take good care of them and what to take and what not.
