After you see the video you will be asking yourself how twitter can help your business, I personally think it can help it in many ways. First you need to understand that it will depend on what type of business you are in, for example if you sell goods you can announce sales or discounts directly on twitter.
If you add products, services, or add new functionality to your business site, you can let your clients know via twitter. If you have a specific business that requires you to do a series of announces that are not sensitive information, you can use twitter. If you have new activities that can be announce to a big group of people like concerts, book author appearances, or personalities that will be visiting you… I think you get the point.
Twitter is not for everyone, if you have a law firm I don’t see the use, unless you want to communicate openly about law changes. Is not for everyone, trust me, is not. It shouldn’t be considered as your only source of advertising, lastly you should have a clear knowledge of what new media is.
