feedblitz Test Post
This is a test post, I’m testing a new service from feedblitz. It’s a plugin for Firefox called ScribeFire that allows any blogger to write posts or pages directly from firefox without having to log in into Wordpress or whatever other service you use for your blog that they support.
I’m really interested as I find the interaction with Wordpress kind of clumsy, when sometimes what you want is to write a simple post. For more elaborate post, there is not way to compare this service to the actual Wordpress settings but we’ll see how good it is.
Let’s test all its functions, from left to right the first option is to make text bold, after that we have the option to change text to italic font, then underlined font, and lastly the option to do a strikethrough on your text. The second option is for the fonts, lets try a couple of them.
Going back to changes to fonts, we have the strong option, then the emphasis, and lastly a quote. As you can see when I hit quote it changed the whole paragraph to a quote as opposed to just do my selection which was just the word quote.
I couldn’t find the way to get out of the quote option, lets try icon shortcuts for making the font bigger and smaller. After this we have some insert features for links and there are some flickr and YouTube options but I’ll leave them for later. This is it for now, lets see how this looks and well continue with part two once I verify is this is even worth it.
Find more about ScribeFire on their site,
thank you.

I have tried the service. So far, it is working fine with me. But, I am still waiting for a better one.
Hey Rasterbator, maybe I went thru it in a hurry, I’m still in doubt because of images, tags, and ad positioning. For a small note its ok, but otherwise I don’t trust it.
